WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY ITEM UNLESS IT IS DEFECTIVE. IF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS DAMAGED, WE ASK YOU PROVIDE US AN EMAIL WITH AN IMAGE OF THE DEFECT. IF WE CAN DETERMINE THE ITEM IS IN FACT DEFECTIVE WE WILL SEND YOU A RETURN CONFIRMATION NUMBER. THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN WITH ORIGINAL TAGS. MONDAYSUCK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING OR CUSTOM FEES. IF ITEM IS IN FACT DEFECT WE WILL PROCESS THE EXCHANGE. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACES WE CAN NOT MAKE ANY EXCHANGES BUT CANCEL THE ORDER.
