REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you're Requesting a Refund. Please send us a detailed description on why you would need a Refund + Pictures stating issues with the Product to our email email@example.com. Once approved by us via email we will send over a return label to send the product back to us (domestic orders only). Once, item is inspected and cleared of damages not related to your description your money will be refunded. Please understand refunds can take close to 2-5 Business Days depending on your bank.
If you're requesting an Exchange. Please send us a detailed description on why you would need an Exchange + Pictures stating issues with the Product to our email firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have the size needed to make the exchange we will send you a return label for you to return the item back to us. Once inspect and cleared of damages we will dispatch the replacement. In the event we no longer have the size needed for the exchange you will be Refunded. However, if we do find any damages that is not mentioned in the email we will not issue an exchange or issue a refund.
** If you request multiple exchanges you are responsible for paying the shipping fees**
